Here are some examples in which I've hidden the name of the criticizer to protect them... After all, there was a time in my life when I didn't believe diet has the profound impact it does. I'd like to leave lots of room for these people to come around too.
What's the purpose of sharing these posts? Well, first to set an example and show other people who are trying to spread-the-word and getting blasted, that they're not alone in these received reactions. Another reason is to show how open criticism can really open the door for you to go into a good lengthy explanation, complete with references and pretty colours of symptoms that will catch people's eyes when they skim through your verbosity. Then, all they will have to see is one small symptom that they themselves suffer and they'll be compelled to read *all* of the great backup information that you've supplied. And even if they don't decide to change their minds at that moment in time, the bug will be planted and they may just decide to follow up one day. I know that's what happened to me. And I've seen it with other people too. It seems to take about a year from 'hearing of it' to applying it.
Do not accept a mediocre life... expect an excellent one!
As always, if anyone has a question or needs help in finding some direction re: exploring their own nutritional story - I am happy to help where I can.
Kind regards,
KimS
